We process most of our orders and deliveries through Anaworld Accredited Delivery/Courier Service Providers. Our Standard Delivery time is 3 – 7 days depending on location and product. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.

Orders can be delivered the same day, this depends on the product ordered and the location for delivery. You can specially reach out to us if you want same day delivery.
Should incase you are requesting for a return and refund, the original price you paid minus the shipping charges will be credited back to your account AFTER we receive the item back and have confirmed that the item/product is in good market conditions.
All refunds will be issued in the form in which the original payment was made, and it may take up to 7 day for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Some items (such as large printers, and machines) cannot be shipped via regular methods due to weight and will need to be shipped through buses. We are happy to support you, be aware that you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred.
